A work-from-anywhere booking and listing system for remote workers serving coworking hubs and combined remote working-enabled accommodation. We are currently operating with a specific team to initially serve the booking/listing needs and help promote remote working. Hotspace will cover bookings and transactions (stripe) between hosts and the end users with no booking fees. If you are a host, the platform calendar will automatically reserve a specific space so you don’t have to worry about clients double booking.
We are also serving business to business remote working needs in that we will interface between the remote working hub and employer. Companies can purchase passes for their employees to work in any hub set up on the Hotspace booking system. We will track the employee bookings for a company until all passes are used or we can issue an invoice after the company has used a set amount of spaces but this would need to be agreed with the hub owner up front.
The booking system can also be configured to operate with a remote door-locking system so remote workers can be sent a code for the duration of the time needed, this would interface with a keypad access system or QR code reader, please email us at hello@hotspace.ie or phone 0876712294 for more info .

Our Story
Before the Covid 19 pandemic, Founder Conor Duffy noticed some companies were finding office space challenging and often hiring temporary cabins to deal with the need. He imagined a society where vacant buildings, spare rooms in houses and partially vacant garden offices could be put to use while generating income for the hosts and cutting down on long commutes for some individuals.
One benefit from the pandemic has proved almost all companies can operate successfully remotely and has further motivated the launch of the Hotspace platform.
